2025-12-10 09h00We've identified a damaged fiber and crews are working to repair.
2025-12-10 16h00Fiber has been repaired. Some cable customers are still affected, crews are still working to resolve those issues.
2025-12-11 14h30Our crews have made significant progress and some cable customers have come back online. There was a significant amount of damage from the sudden freeze over the weekend that was causing sporadic issues.
We hope to have remaining customers online today. We apologise for the prolonged outage.
